Delivery

Allow around 15 days between order and delivery, to your address or a pick-up point, with tracking. Every pair leaves inspected and oiled, in its original case.

VAT and customs by destination

European Union: the VAT of the delivery country is applied and included at checkout (OSS scheme) — nothing to pay on receipt. Businesses in another member state with a valid EU VAT number are invoiced excluding VAT (reverse charge).

Outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway…): the order is invoiced excluding tax. Customs duties, local VAT and clearance fees are payable by the recipient and are collected by the carrier on delivery (Incoterm DAP). These amounts depend on your country's regulations and are neither collected nor refunded by Togiya Europe.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt to return an item: product in as-new condition, complete original packaging, return postage at your expense. Exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the return. Engraved or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
